Investments Silver Coast Portugal - We are now living in the seaside resort of FOZ DO ARELHO near OBIDOS LAGOON which is an hour north of LISBON international airport and 2 hours south of PORTO airport. This (until recently) undiscovered investment-area is on the atlantic westcoast of this country known as the silvercoast (just imagine west coast Scottish/ Irish beaches but with lots more sun!). Thanks to recent TV programmes and now Channel 4's interest in central country it is becoming well known as a great place to invest. With property prices about 10 years behind the Costa Del Sol or the Algarve and tax laws very similar to the UK it's smart to INVEST IN PROPERTY.
SOS PROPERTIES was created after we spent many frustrating months surfing the web and e-mailing and phoning estate agents only to find out the properties we were interested in were already sold- what a waste of time!
SOS - sick of searching? It was hard to know where to start and we would have loved to have had someone who lived in the area to help us. It was only once we came to actually live in this country that we found what we were looking for.
