SOS (SEARCH ON SILVERCOAST) was created to offer you HONESTY & INTEGRITY in a difficult process after we spent many frustrating months surfing the web and e-mailing and phoning estate agents only to arrive and find out the properties we had actually arranged to view were already sold! In many cases the agents wouldn't tell us until we arrived and then to top it all off, we found out that many properties were still deliberately being advertised with two-year-old prices so our dream home / imagined budget were unrealistic!

SOS - Sick Of Searching? It was hard to know where to start and we would have loved to have had someone who understood how difficult it can be and who lived in the area to help us. That's where we come in - as UK expats we offer you real properties at real prices and a clear understanding of the sales process all the way.....

WE LIVE HERE: We live in the seaside resort of FOZ DO ARELHO near OBIDOS LAGOON which is an hour north of LISBON international airport and 3 hours south of  PORTO airport. This (until recently) UNDISCOVERED INVESTMENT AREA is on the ATLANTIC WESTCOAST of Portugal known as the SILVERCOAST or COSTA DA PRATA (just imagine west coast Scottish/ Irish beaches but with lots more sun!). Our NEW OFFICE is right in the centre of Foz Do Arelho so we're right here waiting to find your 'dream property' for you.
